Cannot be referred to the external java program in OnRender processing of chart script.

Hello,

I am using Actuate11SP1 BIRT Designer Professional.
I am facing problem about external java program.

We have to describe the processing into OnRender processing with external java program because this process is necessary for the other 10 or more charts. And these charts are used on a lot of reports.

However, this process became an error. Then we tested the same process in the Data Element, this error did not occur.

Please see the attached files about details.

This process is very important for our project.

Would you check about this problem as soon as possible. Or please let us know how we use external java program in chart script.

Any help would be appreciated.
