Build birt.war to deploy in weblogic

Hi all, 
 
I'm trying to build 'birt.war' with some custom report files. I tried "jar -cvf birt.war" in command prompt under WebViewerExample directory. Its showing the error " 'jar' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file." 
 
I'm using Birt-Run-Time-3.7.1 and weblogic 9.2. Please help me to solve this issue.

It looks like you do not have your Java home set. Are you adding your jdk bin directory to the system path? Mine is set to c:\jdk1.6.0_20\bin.
