Printed Report is coming reverse on dot matrix Printer

Hi All,
Can anybody help me urgently in my queries? Actually i printed my report on Dot matrix printer but the problem is what the contents of the report which is at the top left corner horizontally on GUI which is printed top right corner vertically . That means X-axis left top corner coming to Y-axis right top corner . but the same contents same Report is coming correctly on Laser Printer . Please help me as early as possible
My BIRT configuration is Version: 2.6.2.r262_v20101008-9iF7A9JGHMBCRz-R8tbxRel8kQrI
Build id: v20110214-1523.

Hi Bokya, that is really odd behaviour where text is printing in reverse. I have not seen anyone ever report this from BIRT so I suspect your printer or printer driver are acting weird. There is a setting on some printers and drivers called 'mirror image' that you might want to investigate... or a reinstall/update of the printer driver may be in order.

It means the problem is not in the Report righet? . But one thing is that same Report is printing correctly on the laser Printer. then why not it is printing correctly on Dot matrix Printer. If there is any setting or Propertis in our BIRT .rptdesign please tell me so that i can try that option also . If there is any option related with changing Report text or layout in some direction ? .Because its not the single text which is printing right to left but vertically. Means whole Report/rptdesign is behaving like so .

The fact that the report is printing out fine on the laser printer points at the printer driver for the dot matrix printer. 
 
Is the DM printer able to print out other documents correctly? 
 
There may be a dip switch to control the mirror image. 
If you put the make/model details of the printer & the printer driver name/version then it may be possible to google it and find out the manuals/settings etc.
