Hi All


I have a report whose watermark changes as per the value coming from database .
ie if Country is France it will have a Watermark showing France in the background,
and if Country is USA it will Show Watermark showing USA .

so the watermark should change according to the value from database.
anybody pls tell me how to do this in birt 2.3.2.

Depending on how you are exporting your report, this should work.<br />

If you need it to be in an exported pdf, like mentioned in the post, you could create a 1 cell grid, bind it to your dataset, then set the background image in the onRender script. Then put everything in your report inside the cell.<br />

Something along the lines of:<br />

<pre class='_prettyXprint _lang-auto _linenums:0'>if(row["country"]=='FRANCE')
{
this.getStyle().backgroundImage = "france.png";
}
else if(.....</pre>
