BIRT Reports are not working on IE8 Browser

Hi all,
Please help in my problem, that is BIRT Reports are not working on Internet Explorer version-8. But same reports are working on Internet Explorer version-7.
Kindly give me some solution as early as possible,

What is not working? Certain parts of a report or the entire report will not load? What is your BIRT version? And what is the error you're getting, if any?

Hi BIRT Guru, 
My BIRT Version is 2.6.2 . If i run the Report Blank screen is coming. But same Report runs on IE7. 
Please tell me what would be the Problem with version of BIRT or something else? 
Enternet Exlporer is shoing the error at the left bottom corner is as follow 
 
Invalid argument 
AbstractBaseReportDocument.js 
"birtParameterDialog" is null or not an object 
BirtNavigationBar.js 
Code:0

This error internet explorer version is showing. 
Please tell me what changes i need to whether BIRT Version or in any file?

Do your reports work in every other browser, though?

Do you have parameters in the report? If you run the test report that comes with the BIRT viewer, can you see it in IE8?

Hi BIRT Guru,
No the given test.rptdesign is also not working on IE8, IE8 means Broweser mode is IE8 and Document mode is also IE8. Same sample test.retdesign is working on IE7,IE7 means Broweser mode is IE7 or IE8 and Document mode is IE7.
Please BIRT Guru you also try test.rptdesign and give some suggestion to me.
Yes my report is parameterised report.
Give me some best solution.

Sorry for the delayed response. The site was down for maintenance the last couple days. Is there any way that you can download the newest version of BIRT and copy your design to it and test it with IE8 to see if it's just an issue with your version? Unfortunately, I don't have IE8 to be able to test this.
