new install - cannot see main branch

I just installed 5.5.2 on a new Win 2000 server and the "main" branch is in the Y drive but I cannot see the main in the TeamSite interface.

did you try to run iwstat - c from a command prompt? What is the output? Mind pasting that output here? Also, are you able to browse the virtual drive/share?
