I am facing problem while getting data after executing my custom report after deploying into server i.e executing using Birt-Report Engine api.
I have used "Design Engine api" to construct table with checking parameters inside my report design.

Here i am able to get exact result while preview in eclipse Birt perspective designer.

When the same report is deployed or executed from server side coding which uses "Birt-Report Engine api" i.e code to run and generate output from the report design.

Please suggest me, Where i am doing wrong or need to check.

The report preview inside the eclipse designer is limited to 500 rows for each dataset.
If you want to disable this limit, click on Window->Preferences->Report Design->Preview->Data
and enable the corresponding checkbox to the right.

I am able to get the result from the birt designer perspective for the Custom Report developed using Design Engine code(DE-API),but when it is deployed to server side where our report engine code executes the Custom report then it displays more records (like say for one column giving more data). 
 
Please suggest me where i am doing wrong from Report engine api code while executing my Custom Report which is developed using Report Design Engine Api.

sorry i m not able to fully understand what you are doing.
Are you trying to extract data from a report using the design engine api? If so can you share your code?

If a report contains more then 500 records it will always look different in designer preview and in the deployed app because of the preview limit.

As per your suggestion, Please find an attachment of my sample report which is very close to my problem,where i am getting different Number of rows for every execution of This same report in Birt Report preview. 
 
please clarify where i am doing wrong.
