Unable to edit files using Launch Pad

Hi,

We have installed Teamiste & Templating 5.5.2 recently. While creating datacapture.cfg file, it is not able to open the file to add/edit and the following message is being displayed. Even while trying to edit the file also, we are getting the following message.

Error message: unable to do the process, java io exception. - It is displaying the entire path of the file too.

Could any one throw some light on this issue.
Server Details: Solaris2.8, Version 5.5.2, SP3 & all patches are applied.
