Mobile Viewer on Birtondemand

We recently started working with birtondemand and have some reports built, I was trying out the mobile support on an ipad2. I have a report on a subscription. I downloaded the app, and think I have it configured correctly for birtondemand, but when the reports run, nothing comes up, no error message.

Any ideas to try.

Wondering if that report contains flash (iOS does not syupport flash)? Are you able to run other reports?
