Set default value in edit parameter menu

Hi to all

I started using BIRT only recently. So I apologize if my question is too easy for you.

I created a report parameter (display in list box mode) that is linked to a simple query that extracts a list of dates.

I set the sort direction as ascending but I would like to set the default value with the most recent date

I tried to set the default value in different ways but ..... nothing

how do I set it ?

Unfortunately, I don't know that there's an easy way to get the last value as the default when sorting in ascending. If you sorted the other way, the last date would automatically show up in the list box first. You could always request an enhancement for the first and last date to be options for the default value.
