Bar Chart with Data Grid

I'm looking for a solution showing a data grid on the X-Axis like the attached sample.

You'd probably have to edit the chart plugin to get this in your chart. Using a table directly under the chart won't work for your situation? You could work with the chart and column sizes to try to make them match up.
