Mount is hanging

I see a mount statement being run from iw.server that appears to have hung. Take a look at this output -

1346 /sbin/sh /etc/rc4.d/S900run_startup_applic start
1347 /bin/sh /usr/local/bin/startup_applic
1436 /bin/sh /usr/local/bin/startup_user_head_specific
1441 /bin/sh /usr/local/bin/startup_user_head_specific
1444 /bin/sh /teamsite/iw-home/scripts/iw.server start
1453 /bin/sh /teamsite/iw-home/scripts/iw.server start
1454 /bin/sh /teamsite/iw-home/private/bin/iwetcboot start
1552 /bin/sh /teamsite/iw-home/bin/iwmount -m
1576 mount -o vers=2 fluffy:/iwserver/default /iwmnt/default

Any one want to take a look at why this mount is hanging....... ?
