Local vs Domain users in TS

Hi,

I've tried looking through the forums and also the support site, but found no good info, hoping for your help!

What are the benefits/drawbacks for using local users vs domain users in TS?

We have both, but noone can explain why that was done in the past.....

Hi,
I have found that domain users are much better especially when it comes to pugrading to a new machine. If you are using local users then all the SID's (windows machine) are lost when moving to a new machine. By using domain users all your content would still be tagged when the move is complete.

I am sure there are a lot of other more important reasons, but for me this is what I experienced.
