Run Deploy script from JSP
Rathina
Dear All,
I have a small problem at hand. I'm using opendeploy to deploy some content to the Production server. I need to have rollback functionality in a jsp page. Are there any simple ways of doing it? The latest deployment need to be roll backed.
Regards,
Rathina

Not sure what you mean by having to rollback functionality in a jsp page.
If you are using TeamSite, you should be able to deploy the edition that represents the state you want your target rolled back to.

Yes.The thing is we have a JSP page its running as an frontend for Teamsite GUI.for example all the editions which are available in Teamsite will be populated as JSP combo box.
if we select an edition from combo and sumbit the rollback functionality has to be happen using opendeploy.
Any suggestions.
thanks

If you only know the edition you want to roll back to, then maybe you can pass that into the deployment using parm substitution in your deployment config. Use a dir-diff deployment between the source edition directory and the target directory with the revert option.
If you know both the edition you want and the edition that reflects the current state of the target, then do a TeamSite-based deployment using the revert option.
