Military time

I want to extract the time in a Military format from a datatime field. Currently, if I use Short Time format, it converts 12:15 AM to 24:15. It should actually display as 00:15 AM (Military Time). Is there a way to do that?

Use the custom format code, "HH:mm". That should do it.
