Information Console User Name problemm.

Hi Everybody! 
 
I have installed just now Evaluation Actuate iServer. 
And I could get access to page <a class='bbc_url' href='http://localhost:8900/acadmin/config'>http://localhost:8900/acadmin/config</a> through user Administrator. 
But I can not get access to page <a class='bbc_url' href='http://localhost:8900/iportal/login.do'>http://localhost:8900/iportal/login.do</a> ! 
Any user (Oracle, Domain, Administrator) is incorrect! 
A passwords for any of them are very easy. 
 
What is the problem?

The user administrator and no password will still apply for the information console.
