Scheduling reports

Hi all

We have Iserversp3 and we want to schedule some reports that take parameters, no problem there.
The question is how to name the reports dynamically and how to pass parameters same way.

For example when we schedule a report to run every other day , we need to create the parameters file, say we have start date and end date, we want the end date to be the date and time the report runs.

So the first run of the report the end date should be Feb 16 2012, next run Feb 19 2012 and so on....
But as far I understand the parameters file once created does not change...
