Calendar control with database

In the DCR, dates are passed through ipl to set the date to current date. I want to implement the calendar control to what we have existing. This is what I have in the DCR, but the "view calendar" button is not showing up. Why? Please advise.

Just a thought, move your <database> element outside of the <text> element:
