Report Cluster Environment

Hi All,

We've 3 servers, UI, MIF & Reporting server.

Whenever I run any report, for the first time it gives an error on the browser "HTTP 500", and soon after closing this browser and click on any link in Maximo, it throws "Session timeout" and I need to login again run the report. this time it works perfectly. without any errors.

I suspect there are some cluster issues, could someone suggest me how to overcome this issue ?
