Weird thing with footer master page

I have some text I want to show on the last page only. I add this code to onRender of a grid in master page footer as the topic's instruction. However, it just works on BIRT Report Viewer and doesn't on PDF output.<br />

In report viewer, it works as I want except the footer appears right after the table.<br />
<br />
In PDF, it is completely wrong. The footer is not shown in first page but it appears in other pages.<br />

I'm using BIRT 2.6.2. I attach my report. Any helps must be appreciated.

Another issue I have is about value of pageNumber and totalPage. I consider they are not correct when I output to PDF file. The code I'm used is below.<br />
