Duplicated tooltip in chart

Hi. 
 
I have the duplicated tooltip in the chart as shown in attached printscreen

One is displayed by Birt and another - by browser Chrome (title attribute). How can I disable one of them?

Open the chart in the chart editor and select the third tab. Select each series individually and then click on the interactivity button and choose mouse over for the trigger and none for the action. See attached screen shot.
