Trigger workflow
System
What are the different types of triggers we can configure in available_templates.cfg <command value> tag to trigger a workflow? Are they limited to only 3 commands(tt_data, tt_deletedcr, submit)?

The valid command values to which you can associate a workflow are:
• submit (submitting files)
• assign (assign button)
• new_job (new job, for WebDeskPro)
• new_TFO_job (new job, for TeamSite FrontOffice)
• tt_data (saving TeamSite Templating DCRs)
• tt_deletedcr (deleting TeamSite Templating DCRs)
• all (all possible values above)

Thanks...Only these? So a workflow can be configured to automatically fire when one of these events occur....

Yes, it is pretty limitted (for instance, why is there deletedcr but no delete). You can also fire workflow using event triggers, and you could send an email and have a CGItask as the first task if you need to collect data.

Maybe the better question would be:
What event would you like to be able to trigger a workflow to start?
