I could make lots of random guesses here - but they could be very wide from the mark.
What version of TeamSite?
What platform/OS is the TeamSite server?
What browser / browser version ?
How are you handling authentication? Is it direct through the OS, or through ActiveDirectory or LDAP, or through a PAM?
Are all the machines in the same domain?
Are all the browsers set to not cache?
Are all the machines refencing the same DNS servers?
If you have a good IT staff there, perhaps they could put some packet sniffers on to watch some of the traffic that's going through (or not going through) from the various scenarios.

Hi
Following is the exception i get when i try to log into TS from non supporting workstations
OpenAPIAuthenticator.authenticate(SimpleIdentity[ username=digitech domainname=GECISV_INTERWOV rolename=admin])

I then checked the browser settings all kind of cookies are accepted.
Further to my points i found out that on PCs where TS is working fine TS Server writes a cookie "iw" in cookie files list whereas on PCs which are not working i can't find that "iw" cookie. It clearly looks like a cookie issue but the browser settings are identical to my knowledge.
