Highlightings and Demarcation in BIRT charts

We are developing a BIRT report which shows the actual and projection data. We need to do some sort of demarcation in the chart which differentiates this actual and projection data. According to my investigation, the highlighting?s based on a condition is available only for the tables and not for the charts.

We are developing a BIRT report which shows the actual and projection data. We need to do some sort of demarcation in the chart which differentiates this actual and projection data. According to my investigation, the highlighting?s based on a condition is available for the tables and dint find such similar thing for the charts.

The main idea is to have a dotted line or some color change in the graph to differentiate the values based on some condition.

Please let me know if anyone has any thoughts regarding this.

If you know where the change needs to start, you can use the beforeDrawDataPoint script to change the color of the data point if it's in your projection data area.
