Hi
You can do this via hyperlink option.
1. Select the element to which to want to add this hyperlink.
2. In the properties tab, click on the "Hyperlink" section.
3. Click Edit, this will open the Hyperlink Options dialog box
4. Select "URI" hyperlink type.
5. Enter the target URL in the "Location". Don't forget "
http://"
; in the location.
Click "?" in the bottom left corner for more help.

Please find attached an example. It contains only one text field on which hyperlink has been created. When you click on the link a jsp page will open which i randomly got by googling.
