Share incorrect on workarea

We created a workarea a while back and now need to change the group for sharing. We did the IWCHGRP to the new group and when you click on the workarea (thus displaying the directories TemplateData and www) the group for sharing is correct (the new group). However, if I look at the properties for the www or TemplateData directory it tells me that the workarea is shared to the old (wrong) group.

A user in the new group does not have access to the workarea.

There is a ton going on in that workarea and I would really hate to delete it and create a new one (there are also a ton of workflows running too)

It appears that iwchgrp diesn't change the ACLS on the workarea directory only the group for sharing.

I used the command:

cacls <workarea> /e /g <newgroup>:C

All is good now. (I think)
