Interactive Viewer filters in report design

Is there a way to design a report so that any filters a user places on the report in the interactive viewer will show up on the document? (For example - a user restricts 1 column to Value X, something along the lines of column a = value x in a footer)

I foresee an issue with clients using the interactive viewer to customize their report, then sending me said report a few months later asking what they did.
