Compare Row Elements

I am currently trying to compare the data of the last two entries in two rows. 
 
I know i can do something like this, to retrieve elements, 
 
var col1 = this.getRowData().getColumnValue(3); 
 
Is there a method that will return me the size of a column or something along those lines?
