How to apply conditions on Reprort Parameter ?

Hi,
There are two list parameter as Reprt parameters.
Say List1 list1
Values
A
B
c
And second list say list 2 - this must be enabled only after selecting value 'B' in list1
and values in drop down for list2 will be say E
F
G

How to achieve this ?
