Yes as long as you are licensed to it

We have iServer 11 license with Birt Option and Interactive viewer license.
Is any other specific license required?

The ROX files are generated with Actuate 6 Erd Pro.

To run ROX, you definitely need the eReport option. Also, since it is A6, you will need to redesign the ROD if you using AFC as there are functions that have been deprecated.
