Bar Chart with overlay

Hi,

Do you know how to create a bar chart with "moved" overlay as presented?

Tried "stacked" option but it's not exactly the same.

You may have to download the source and edit the chart type to get that type of rendering. I'll mess around with it a bit and let you know if I find anything that works.
