How to connect two calendar selection gadgets to the same Date field in one visualization data gadge

I have a line chart gadget in my dashboard that is showing a serie of values by date. 
 
My issue is that I want to use two calendar selection gadgets for filter the dataset of the previous gadget and only show the results between these two dates. Issues: 
 
<ul class='bbc'><li>First: I cannot connect two selection gadgets to the same field in a visualization gadget</li><li>Second: The selector is always doing an equals match, and I cannot inform other kind of match, for instance: greater than, less than, etc.</li></ul>
 
How can I solve that? 
 
I'm using iServer 11 Service Pack 3 Build 110E111028 (trial pack)

Hi xalperte,
A date range selector gadgets is in the works right now, meanwhile you could use a BIRT report gadget that has two date parameters to define the date range.
