Birt Editor 3.7.2 - pie charts missing labels in preview and on report
Hello everyone,
I recently downloaded BIRT 3.7.2 (the all-in-one package). When I tried add new chart to a grid they didn't have labels. Even in the preview window, that shows how a certain chart looks like, there are no labels at all. Running report either via built-in viewer or via RE-API yields the same result: labels are not there.
Another detail: when creating a new report and choosing a predefined layout in wizard that already has charts allows to see labels. But dragging-dropping additional pie charts from Palet will result in labels missing.
The previous version of BIRT (2.6.2) shows pie chart labels just fine when following the same steps.
The steps to reproduce are simple (this is exactly what I did):
1) Create new project
2) Create new report (choose blank template)
3) Add grid
4) Add chart and click on Pie Chart. No labels are displayed no matter what.
I also attached a screenshot showing that even preview doesn't draw labels.
Can anyone shed some light why this is happening?

Hi,
This sounds like a regression. You can submit it here: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=BIRT.
Thanks,Warning No formatter is installed for the format ipb0
