new Opera and SVG

Hi, 
 
I have problem with browser Opera 12 - there is <a class='bbc_url' href='http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/opera_portable'>portable version</a>, not older Operas. When I run report with SVG chart on html there appears "missing plug-in". 
 
I tried to changed html tag EMBED to OBJECT. It doesn't work. On some <a class='bbc_url' href='http://philarcher.org/diary/svgtest/'> examples</a>with svg EMBED tag is ok. 
 
I tried to separate URL from src attribute on Firefox it show's some Tomcat stacktrace (so it "works") and in Opera 12 there is shown dialog(attachment). 
 
I send report example with SVG. 
Do you know what to do with such problem?

Good news is it works with BIRT 4.2. We have 2.6
