Window Blind Gadget

Has anyone seen or designed a window blind gadget similar to the ones displayed on many web pages? I'd like to be able to display a compact table of blinds that are lableled with a metric name or element and display the performance color (green-yellow-red). When hovering on the metric blind, I'd like more detailed information to diaplay(another gadget).
