In the onRender script method for the grid or whatever is in the page header, you'd put the following script:
if (pageNumber == 1){
this.getStyle().display = "NONE";
}
That should do it. Let me know if you have issues with this.

Hi, i tried to implement the same code. I just klick within the Master Page Tab on the appropriate image and following on the Script Tab, copy&paste your code in the onRender content. But, unfortunately the image appears on all pages. Will this code works with every BIRT-Version?

I must use the BIRT-Version 3.5.1. It is possible to implement the onRender-Code here?

In an older version, like 2.5.1, you'll need to make sure you've got a page break interval set up and that you run the report using the viewer, then export to different outputs from it, so that separate run and render tasks are used. Then, it should work correctly in that version, too. Let me know if you have issues. I'll take a look.
