FormAPI: onSaveItem suggested dcr name

We have a need for putting a suggested dcr name into the filename box when saving the DCR. I tried FormAPI, but when I give the 'onSaveValid' function a command like: IWDCRinfo.setDCRName(<suggested_name>);it saves it directly without giving me the opportunity to change the suggested name.

Has anyone dealt with this before? Can it be done?

I can't conjure up the code right now - but perhaps you should have a text field in the DCT that you populate with the suggested name - letting the user change that as they so desire - and have your OnSave event pull the filename from that text field.

You'll probably want to perform validation of some sort on the name entered - you may even want to initialize it with a known-bad-value and have a callout button associated with the text field for the user to click on to get a suggested name (so they don't just click Save and have the suggested name used without realizing they had a chance to choose the name).
