BIRT - RTC - storing workitem in map

Hello,
I'd like to store workitems in a map on the event "onFetch" and then to use a data source script to display the result. The result set returns duplicate and I need to eliminate any duplicate I might have.
Do anyone has a sample to share on how to use a javacript map to store workitems?
