Origin of calling a TPL

How can we find out that a particular tpl file is being called from teamsite for reviewing/generating or from command prompt through some another perl script.

The real case consists of calling a .VBS file within TPL throgh system call but it works if TPL is called from command prompt but not when called from teamsite.

My guess is you are/were missing a folder in the path while you are using the GUI. Can you call a Perl script instead of a .VBS? You could check the path in a perl script and write it to a log file and see if all the DLLs you need are in the path.

We achieved it by checking out the value of perl environment variables. It differs when called from teamsite or command prompt.
