How to change the location of axis?

Usually, in a bar or line chart, the x-axis is on the bottom of the chart, and y-axis is on the left. Is it possible to change x-axis to the top of the chart? Thanks in advance!

If you go to the X-Axis section of the format chart tab in the chart wizard, you can set the Origin value to "Max". This will move the x-axis to the top of the chart. Hope this helps.
