Writting the scripted dataset in Java
ladymtaxi
I'm trying to write a scripted dataset in Java - the actual Fetch & Open events.
Can anyone point me to an example of this? There's a partial example in the Integrating & Extending BIRT (V3) book in Chapter 11, but I can't find the complete code for it (both the rptdesign and code).
Has anyone done this, or is everyone using Javascript to call the POJOs?
Thanks for any help!

This isn't for the open/fetch events, but the links below shows how to create java event handlers for your report and how to apply them. Hopefully they'll help get you started.
