Bold Text Style conflict

Hi all,
I am facing a small but very irritating problem. When i try to use a style defined in my Style library which has font weight as Bold or Bolder or even set as 900, and i use this style on my report element, it doesnt seem to apply.

All other changes like background color from that style is applied.

Although i can explicitly make the element as bold using the Properties of that Element.

I do not want to do that, can anyone please help me to figure out whats going wrong?
Is there any style conflict between styles?

Can you recreate your issue, in a way that I can run it, and post it in here? Flat file, scripted, or classic models datasets will all work. Just include all the files I'll need to run it and see your issue in a zip file. Thanks!
