Drawing on Y ax number 0 Chart

Hey guys, 
 
Those somebody knows how to draw number 0 on Y ax. In my client data I have also number zero. Is this possible to show the number 0? 
 
I tried this code : 
<pre class='_prettyXprint _lang-auto _linenums:0'>if(BirtMath.round(row["something"] * 100,1) * 5 )
BirtMath.round(row["something::EFFECT"] * 100,1);
else
0; // BirtMath.round(0.001,1); = 0</pre>
 
For the else, I don't get the number in to the chart, but there is a space that means is "zero/empty". I did a print-screen. Is it possible to do like I draw with red there?

ps: Birt still have some annoying bugs. I did some screenshot with errors from Birt. Is it useful for you guys, to upload them somewhere?

You could probably write an expression for your y-series value to give a value of .0001 if the actual value is 0. Then, in your chart script, you could check the label for this very small value. When you find it, you'd just replace the label value with 0. The .0001 bar would be small enough that it'd still look like 0, but it would have a label. Let me know if this doesn't work for you or you have questions.
