Connect Eclipse to Salesforce Explained!
Search for "BIRT salesforce ODA" on
http://www.birt-exchange.com (register if youy have to)
The download consists of 2 files in an Install Folder.
Extract and drag these two files into the Plug-In Folder of your Eclipse application.
Restart Eclipse and set up a new Data Source.
You should not see Salesforce on the list of Datasources.
