Unable to Connect iServer using BIRT Designer Proffesional

Hi , 
 
We are using BIRT onDemand account for iServer and trying to configure with BIRT Designer Professional but after providing required credentials we are getting error like. 
 
Processing instructions are not allowed within SOAP messages 
Plug-in Provider: Actuate 
Plug-in ID: com.actuate.istudio.shared 
Error Code: org.xml.sax.SAXException 
 
please let us know if any one solution for this.
