Grouping in Crosstab issue in Birt Report

Hello Everyone,
I am using crosstab in birt report, I want to display employee yearly salary register which is mention below. But, I am not getting how to repeat header like company name depot name and designation after every employee salary display.
I am not able to do grouping in Crosstab.
Please help me out.

Can you not just use two tables for this. An outer table that list the employee information and nest a table in it that retrieves the Basic DA HRA IT GPF field for a given employee? The inner data set could be parameterized based on the outer tables employee value.
