Actuate SP3 Flash Chart Animation - PDF Issue

Hi,

Does anyone has issues with the Flash Chart Animation playing in the pdf view option?

The Flash chart animation is good when viewed in the interactive viewer but the animation is not happening on the pdf view. The interativity works fine in both the views.

Any suggestions on what might be causing this?

It appears that the animation is not supported in the PDF output.

Did you see any document from Actuate confirming this? I could confirm that to the team here.

I should clarify, I do see animations, just not the opening animation. I was assuming that was what you were talking about. As seen in the mp4 below, the opening animation shows as well, or at least did in whatever version of Adobe that is.

Which version of pdf reader are you using?

I am not able to play the attached file as it is mp4.

I am using Adobe 9 with Adobe Flash Player 11 ActiveX v11.4.402.265

Please let me know your thoughts.

The mp4 just shows the initial flash animation working in PDF. The doughnut chart circles around upon opening the file. Then, it shows the click to explode the slice (This part works for me.). If I find anything else out, I'll post in here.
