Security information error of BIT Report
ub14
Hi,
We have designed birt report with table and 20 columns. The report is working fine locally in Web Viewer without any errors. But once we upload this report to Tomcat Web server and access the report, the report is throwing security information error(Internet Explorer 7). The screenshot is attached for reference.
BIRT Eclipse 2.2.1 version
IE = 7 Version
Any idea on this error message.
Thanks in advance
Bhaskar

Are you accessing the viewer with https? Do you use any client side javascript or any iframes in your design? Or are you using the BIRT tag library to embed the viewer? Let me know.

Are there any external links you call with http in a hyperlink or anything? Can you attach your report? This security warning was an issue back in 2.1.0, but was fixed by 2.1.1, I believe.

Hi Williams,<br />
<br />
We are able to resolve the issue, One Grid control is causing this issue. When we removed and recreated the Grid in the report and upload it again to server, the error message is not appearing. What we noticed is , whenever we copy the control from existing report and use it somewhere in the report , the error message is appearing. Not sure what could be reason ?<br />

Ok, so if you copy a grid from one report and paste it into another, you get this issue? Let me know and I'll see if I can recreate it. What does your grid contain? Is it bound to a dataSet? If so, what type?
