Stored procedure not returning expected data

I created a stored procedure to allow passing parameters to the query I needed.

When I test the stored procedure in the data preview it returns the expected data. When it is called from the report preview it returns all data from the dataset (to the limit). When it is called from the preview viewer it returns all data from the table.

I set the columns that are to accept parameters to actual values (which works in data preview).

What should I be looking for?

I am using BIRT 3.7, and MS SQL 2008 R2.
