List modified showing cached changed

Hi everyone, we're in the process of setting up our TeamSite 5.5.2 SP2 server and we've noticed some strange behavior when we choose List Modified from the menu. It appears to be displaying inaccruate information on which files have been modified. Having experienced this over the past few days it now appears that List Modified is displayed cached content on files which were modified days ago. If I navigate down into the workarea and then do a List Modified, at some point it eventually displays the correct information. Does anyone know where I need to configure this so it stops doing this? This doesn't happen in TeamSite 5.01. We are running on Windows 2000 Advanced Server

Possible, but why isn't it doing the same thing in TeamSite 5.01 when I use the same browser? It's also strange because if I do a "List Modified" it displays changed I made a few days ago. If I do it again, it displays other changes from a different day a few days ago. Finally it displays the right things. A browser caching issue would only display me one thing.

It appears the the browser is doing some caching. When I cleared my browser's cache it went away. But now its happening again. Any thoughts? It doesn't do this with TeamSite 5.01.

Set your browser not to cache at all - and the problem should go away. This has been the general rule for quite some time (I think as early as TeamSite 3.5) - the fact that you didn't see it before is probably more luck than anything else.

I have seen this problem with Teamsite 5.01 Our browsers are set to look for newer versions of the pages every time, but it still occasionally shows dated list modified and we have to refresh in order to see the latest. Any suggestions?
